Gosford Printing only considers artwork to be print-ready if it meets the following requirements and no further adjustments are required in-house.

FILE FORMAT
PDF
Other formats require conversion which may incur a handling fee.
IMAGES
Photos and Illustration resolution should be 300dpi.
COLOUR
CMYK or Pantone Spot colours (no RGB / LAB)
FONTS
Fonts should be embedded or outlined.
BLEED
Crop & bleed marks included, minimum 3mm bleed (5mm for books).
SAFE SPACE
Keep logos, text and important image elements at least 3mm inside trim marks - more for booklets.
SIZE
Trim size of your document matches the order specifications.
EMBELLISHMENTS
Spot UV, foiling & embossing are supplied as a separate page in the PDF.
DIE LINES
Any dielines, fold or perforation lines are overlaid onto the artwork as a spot colour and set to overprint.
RICH BLACK
Suggested colour values of 60% C | 40% M | 40% Y | 100% K | for solid black panels.
MONITORS
Computer monitors display colour differently to how printed.
Hard copy proofs can be purchased for colour critical work.
